What kind of connection to the Internet do you have?

We use a triple redundant connection starting with Frontier Global Center’s OnNet via their OC12 fiber optic cable. Frontier is a Tier 1 provider which also provides Internet bandwidth to Yahoo®, Netscape®, and Ebay®. OnNet means we are not merely connected to an Internet backbone, we are on it!

In addition to the Bandwidth-On-Demand Frontier link, we are also similarly connected to Qwest® Communication's OC12 line which provides us with redundancy and increased routes to Europe, Latin America and Asia. And GTE provides us with a 3rd backbone connection.

What kind of equipment do you run my site on?

We continuously add or replace servers in our server farm. Our servers have the following minimum specifications:

• Dual-processor servers with Pentium III processors
• 1GB SDRAM
• 18 GB Ultra-SCSI RAID arrays, using hot-swappable drives
• Cisco 7200 Routers
• 100 BaseT Ethernet connections
• Apache web server running on RedHat Linux

Where are you located? Where are your servers located?

Our main sales and support office is located in Pasig City, Philippines. Our servers are housed in a state-of-the-art network center in Maryland, USA.
